Damages, Returns, Refund & Exchange


If the contents are found to be damaged on delivery, please do not sign acceptance. Do make a note on the delivery order and notify us via e-mail or call.

Return and Refund Policy

If you would like to return/refund your purchased items, kindly follow the procedures below: Please contact us at +603 2282 2088 or  connect@suencouples.com with the following details: 1. Full name  2. Order number  3. Reasons for returning the item purchased 4. Images of the item/s purchased.It will take 10 working days to process. Our customer service staff will keep you updated.


Items must be returned new, unused, and with all Suen Couples, security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or with the security tag removed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Website Error

If a product price or description have been wrongly advertised on our website, we may take steps to correct the price and the description and inform the customer of the mistake. Customers can then decide to either cancel or continue with the order. We regret that such mistakes are inevitable and shall at all times try to best avoid such mistakes.
